Phase-Locked Loops

General and Special Purpose PLLs

Western Semiconductor provides an extensive portfolio of PLLs. Our ring oscillator based PLLs incorporate well with media transmission systems and are often used in high-speed data links, while our LC oscillator based PLLs have ultra-low phase noise and power dissipation for radio frequency frameworks. 


Specifically, our inventory includes Fractional-N PLLs, or general purpose frequency synthesizers, Multi-Phase PLLs, and LC-PLLs for high recurrence activities. All of our PLL technology is currently proven in silicon and utilized in high-speed advanced systems for clock and data recovery/retiming.
